A tasty Odyssey of an open kitchen and contemporary fusion cooking, consisting of the nectar and ambrosia of the Gods presents dishes of Roe deer with almonds, Sus domesticus crispy skin pig, beef cheeks with pomegranate sauce, and wild mushrooms with turnips, that will lead you to the desirable Ithaca.
